PowerLed believes that quality products deserve a reliable delivery service. We work with shipping providers UPS, Royal Mail, local Courier Companies and Downtons for larger palletised orders to ensure your products arrive as quickly and safely as possible.
We aim to despatch orders the same working day they are received, if they are for stocked products and are received during our operating hours (we advise a 14:30 cut off, to allow for busy days, but will push to process and despatch as late into the day as we possibly can). Tracking details for all shipments are always provided. Regardless of whether your order is being shipped to a commercial or residential address you will be charged the same amount, we DO NOT charge any surcharges to our customers regardless of whether you are having your order shipped to a business or residential location.
UPS Standard:
This day-definite service is available for shipments to destinations in the UK, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland and within the EU and is our default shipping method. The time in transit depends on the destination country; within the UK this is next working day. Tracking numbers are provided when using the UPS Standard service.
UPS Express:
Delivery to most business areas within the UK by 10.30 am the next day. Next business day delivery as early as 10.30 am, and typically by 12.00 noon to most business addresses in Europe. Second business day delivery by 10.30 am, 12.00 noon or 2.00 pm to most business addresses in the US and major business areas in Canada. Time-definite delivery in 2 to 3 business days by 12.00 noon or 2.00 pm to most business areas in Asia.
UPS Express Saver:
Delivery to most business areas within the UK by 12.00 noon the next day. Next business day delivery during the day to virtually all other European business areas. End of second business day delivery to most business addresses in the US and all major business areas in Canada. Delivery during the day within 2 to 3 business days to Asia.
UPS Expedited:
This day-definite service is available for shipments to destinations outside the EU, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.
Customer Collection
Customer Collection is a free delivery option offered to customers who want to collect orders from our warehouse. Collection time frames are from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm (GMT). You will be sent an email letting you know your order is ready for collection. Our warehouse location is: Sunpower, Orion House, Calleva Park, Aldermaston, Berkshire, RG7 8SN.
Delivery Time Frames
Delivery time frames are not guaranteed and are rough estimations given to us by our allocated couriers. Delivery is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. Please do not allocate hours as the courier company cannot deliver within the allocated time frames. The estimated delivery times are on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays. Please do not ask to be called prior to delivery as the freight forwarders may not follow that instruction due to OH&S regulations for mobile phone operation whilst driving.
Tracking my order?
Tracking your order is simple, once your order has left our warehouse we will provide you with the delivery note number and a tracking number link to the freight company's website. Your tracking will show a detailed outline of when your order was collected, its transit progress and finally the estimated delivery date. Tracking numbers may take up to 12 hours to show online, so please be patient and check the freight companies’ websites after some time.
Late Deliveries
We or our carriers will always try to arrive on time, but will not be held responsible for late arrival due to unforeseen circumstances.
