What does CCT stand for?

CCT stands for Correlated Colour Temperature.

What is CCT?

It gives a spectrum of general colour from 1000 Kelvins to around 7000 Kelvins when associated with lamps or light sources. For more information on Kelvin’s, read our previous post.

What CTT should you look for?

Correlated Colour Temperature is a highly technical scale based on many factors but, as a basic indicator, a warm white colour lamp would be in the region of 3000K to 4000K, and a cool white colour lamp would be around 6000K.
