Powder Coating
We use carboxyl polyester resin. Polyester powder coating is mainly applied to air conditioners, crust of park appliance, open furniture etc.
Product series
Coating can be categorised into two groups: with TGIC or without TGIC. It can produce the product of high gloss (above 80%), sub-gloss (20-50%) and the matte. The gloss can be adjusted according to the customers specification.
Physical characteristics of the powder
Proportion (25°C.g/cm3): 1.4 – 1.7
Particle size distribution: 100 percent lower 100 micron (particle size distribution can be adjusted according to particular requirement of spray)
Typical Curing conditions
200°C (work piece temperature), 15 minutes
