1010-MP Solderless Connector Multi-Pack for 10mm LED Flexi Strip

1010-MP puts together our 10mm PCB solderless connectors in a hand pack, designed for users of our 5mtr 10mm PCB LED flexi strips who cut the reel into multiple lengths for their application requirements. The pack includes our 10mm wire to wire connector, a 10mm in-line joining connector and 10mm tail connector allowing you to link several lengths together and create a new end wire for connection. Potentially giving you 3 usable lengths of tape from one reel of single colour 10mm PCB LED flexi strip, or allowing you to use up the remnants of several previously cut strips. 10mm wire to wire connector – link 2 lengths of single colour 10mm PCB LED flexi strip where it may need to have a gap in the illumination or be installed at angles the tapes flexibility would not allow.10mm in-line joining connector – designed to link 2 lengths of single colour 10mm PCB LED flexi strip quickly, cleanly and easily to create one continuous length.10mm tail connector – to connect on to the end of a length of single colour 10mm PCB LED flexi strip to create an end wire for connection to suitable LED driverTo connect any of the above solderless connectors to our 10mm PCB LED flexi strip simply cut your LED strip, to the required length; at the designated cut points, slide the PCB into the required connector, so that the solder points are under the metal arms of the connector, then click the cover shut to complete the connection.Suitable for use with our IP20 rated 10mm PCB single colour 3528, 5050 & 2835 LED chip size tapes. Can also be used with our 10mm PCB IP65 rated tapes if the waterproof polyurethane layer is removed from the contact points first. The polyurethane can be removed using a sharp craft blade, take care when doing this not to damage the PCB, LEDs or connection points. To retain the IP65 rating of the LED tape adequate sealing should be applied around the connections.Maximum load on these solderless connectors is 2A; please see specifications information below for a guide to our tapes and the maximum length you can run when used with them.
