BLADE Series LED Floodlights IP65 Rated are a professional range of LED Floodlights offering IP65 rating, available in 150W, 200W, 240W & 300W models, with a colour temperature range of 4750K to 5250K and optical colour of 2750K ~ 3250K. The case of Blade has been designed for effective heat dissipation and in turn offers both better cooling and an increase to the LED lifetime, in particular the L70 figures, by channelling the heat away from the LED array. The LED array design ensures a uniform light output, we use market Leading Philips Lumileds which offer a higher Efficacy coupled with a far slower falloff of light output performance. These two factors ensure our light output is on average 10-15% higher than the equivalent offering.
With an impact rating of IK08 the case provides protection against external mechanical impact to 2-5 joules, it is also IP rated to IP65 so is dust tight and protected from powerful water jets, such as intense rain or high pressure hosing. The case finish is also salt spray tested and UV stable, so is suitable for coastal applications.
The beam angle offered is wider than many competitors that boast the same technology, allowing for better coverage with fewer fittings. Our PFC is also higher & we have better conversion efficiency, which is vitally important when considering payback calculations.
To further extend the uses of BLADE we can add a daylight sensor to the case, without damaging the IP rating, and upgrade the coating to be chlorine resistant for specialist applications.
